Memorial Wall Plaque – National Museum of the Pacific War
Viewing the Memorial Wall at the National Museum of the Pacific War at the
Nimitz Museum is an impressive and poignant experience for museum visitors. More than 1000 plaques line the 100 year old limestone wall surrounding the Memorial Courtyard. Individuals, ships or units from all United States and
Allied branches of service that served in the Pacific during WWII may be honored on the Memorial Wall.
